How do we stay committed to fitness in 2015?
We had an excellent Twitter chat with American Heart Associaton’s Vida Saludable on how to make fitness a priority in 2015. Those fitness resolutions are not always so straightforward, so we wanted to find the answers for how to make them stick.

A3: In Spanish we say, “Un tropezón no es caída.” It means tripping isn't falling. If you took some time off, start fresh on #MoveItMonday

Question: For those of us who are considering making fitness a priority in 2015, what are some simple steps we can take?
#MoveItMonday set small goals. take a walk for 10 min. and do it 3x week. see how that goes. Consistency helps with commitment..find a buddy
